Step 1: To enroll, purchase course and book on our website NO LESS THAN THREE WEEKS prior to the AKSOM weekend in your venue. Course Enrollment forms submitted after this date will not be accepted. Please note that payment includes the tuition fee and the respective textbook(s) for the course you will be taking.

(Textbooks ordered from AKSOM will be charged an $8 Shipping/handling fee to cover mailing expenses, e.g. postage, packing, materials, etc. AKSOM reserves the right to change all fees without notice.)

Note: First time students must submit a New Student Application form and be accepted into the Alaska District School of Ministry (AKSOM) before enrolling in a course.

Step 2: Read your textbook as soon as you receive it. In order to benefit from the course, you must come to class with an awareness of the subject. You also need to complete and bring with you the text overview. Completion of the overview is required. The overview will be submitted to the instructor for grading as you arrive at the venue. (The text overview counts toward 40% of the final grade for the course.) The more you invest in the class, the greater your reward.
